Data deletion instructions
To request deletion of information associated with Clinixa or Clinixa Text:
- Email expc7c5@gmail.com with the subject “Clinixa data deletion request”.
- Identify the phone number associated with your Clinixa account or WhatsApp interaction, including the country code, and describe whether you want to delete an account or information from a test interaction.
- Do not include passwords, verification codes, identity-document scans or medical records in your initial email.
- We will verify your authority through an appropriate channel before deleting information. If additional information is needed, we will explain why.
- We will review the request, delete or anonymize eligible information, and explain completion or any retention exception. Account deletion can remove your ability to sign in. This request does not itself authorize deletion of a clinic's records or another person's information.
For progress on a request, reply to the same email conversation. Clinixa cannot delete copies retained independently by Meta or WhatsApp; use their own privacy controls for those copies.
